    Reading through this gave me some insight into what my returned missionary might be experiencing and how I might better help her and our future missionaries transition to normal life with encouragement rather than pressure I really loved that I could apply almost all of the post mission suggestions to other big transitions like a big move or change of calling starting with a list of the things I learned The cornerstones of success and the elements of a strong foundation are applicable to every disciple
